Full job description Join our team as a Marketing Director! Purpose: The Director of Sales serves on the Leadership Team as a forward thinking- partner who demonstrates ownership over a defined external facing strategy aimed at growing sales and building the brand in the community; and a defined internal facing strategy aimed at employee retention and satisfaction. He/she embodies the values of Chick-fil-A and serves as an ambassador to the community. As a Director of Sales, you will play a key role in driving the growth of the restaurant by building relationships within the community and supporting sales initiatives. This dynamic position allows you to make a direct impact on the restaurant's success by overseeing various marketing initiatives, community engagement efforts, and promotional events/activities. Your work will help strengthen the restaurant's connection with its guests, grow sales, and enhance the brand's presence. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement * Overseeing Social Media * Canvasing in the community and developing Catering/Business partnerships Marketing and Promotion: * Promote new and seasonal menu items through various marketing channels to drive interest and sales. * Promote in-store sales contests to engage guests and encourage repeat business. * Respond to guests on social media platforms, promoting events and addressing customer inquiries. Skills: * Demonstrates creativity, sales and marketing forte, self-starter and good negotiation skills * Strategic thinker in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and promotions * Demonstrates a growth and win mindset - results oriented, quick study * Relationship builder, coaches others to perform * Outgoing, friendly, works well with the public, networks well, involved in the community * Servant Leader, team oriented with a passion for people and world class service * Well organized with excellent verbal, written and electronic communications skills Strategic Growth: * Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and drive sales. * Collaborate with the restaurant team to align marketing initiatives with overall operational goals.
