What we'll provide * 6 Months of Top Management Training * On boarding to our systems and techniques * Marketing, Branding, Resources What you'll need to do * Lead by example, Cultivate a team of professional agents * Primary duties recruit, train, and motivate * Manage agents in setting their goals and achieving their goals The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of real estate industry experience, but is not required for the right candidate. The candidate must have a Real Estate License and have had success in listing and selling real estate as a career. This candidate enjoys selling real estate but senses they may want to use their skills to move into a powerful leadership position, and advancing agents in the business.
