City Wide Facility Solutions of Jacksonville is seeking outgoing, dynamic individuals interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you. Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a consistent work ethic. You will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction and will collaborate with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies. This position includes a base salary of $ $55,000 and includes commissions based on sales in territory. Successful Sales Execs with City Wide exceed 6 figures within our uncapped compensation plan! -First Year earner typically achieves$80,000 - $90,000 * 2nd Year Earners typically achieves $115,000+ Essential functions * Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. * Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media * Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. * Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. * Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. * Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct outbound and warm calls to identify new sales opportunities and promote products. * Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions. * Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance business development efforts.
