Estimator/Sales - Commercial Roofing $90 - $100K Base + 4% Commissions GP Full Time - Phoenix Primary

Duties

and Build digital job file containing estimating documents Navigate through digital construction plans and locate all roof related pages Extract drawings and details for estimating software Import PDF roof drawings into On Screen Takeoff estimating software Utilize Excel estimating sheets to complete roof Promptly generate proposals to customers via Word and email out Track and follow up on all bids via CRM tool Capture contracts of sent bids Create job files once contract is captured Participate in pass off preconstruction meeting of contracted work Maintain and build relationships with GC builders and suppliers Contribute to overall sales goals Execute company vision Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures Support and abide by the values of the company Other duties as assigned Skills/Experience Great communication skills Critical Thinker - intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions Problem Solver - take ownership, resolve and communicate with team Team Player - willing to complete processing tasks, no matter the task 5+ years Commercial roof estimating experience Acceptable driving record and auto insurance Construction and commercial experience preferred This position comes with a company Truck, Gas card, computer, phone,
