Required Skills and Qualifications of a Sales Manager Trainee: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Some college experience or a Minimum of 1 year of experience in fast-paced sales, brand management, retail, restaurant, or similar roles. * Strong verbal communication skills and an engaging, persuasive approach. * Ability to handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales. * High level of self-motivation with a drive to exceed goals. * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
