Job Summary

Coralstone Capital Group is a fast-growing real estate investment company specializing in fix-and-flip projects, averaging around four property renovations per month across the Tampa Bay area. We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Real Estate Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role that blends administrative support with on-the-ground project oversight. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be comfortable multitasking, and bring a proactive, can-do attitude. Basic real estate knowledge and social media savvy are a plus, and licensed real estate agents will have the unique opportunity to list properties and earn additional income through flat fees and commissions.

Duties

• Assist in managing day-to-day administrative operations (mostly remote)
• Coordinate and attend property visits to check on project progress
• Manage and direct contractors and vendors on-site as needed
• Help select and order materials for renovation projects
• Perform light physical tasks (e.g., moving staging materials when needed)
• Support basic social media marketing tasks (e.g., taking photos/videos, posting updates)
• Help with business development, outreach, and deal tracking
• Maintain organized digital records and assist with project documentation

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Basic understanding of real estate processes and construction preferred
• Willing and able to travel to properties around Tampa Bay; transportation assistance may be available
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (posting, content creation, etc.)
• Ability to perform occasional light labor (e.g., lifting small items for staging)
• Real estate license is a major plus; licensed agents will be prioritized for expanded duties and compensation Opportunities for Licensed Agents
