At Shammy's car wash we are looking for a highly motivated sales minded individual to join our team. They must be able to work in a quick paced work environment while being able to meet sales goals, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence:
• Meet sales expectations by maintaining a consistent conversion and sales goal. Customer Service:
• Greet every customer.
• Help with and solve any issue that may arise.
• Be professional and approachable at all times. Operations:
• Be able to assist in day-to-day operations of the company.
• Maintain Shammy's cleanliness standards.
• Communicate well with team members to further sales knowledge and strategies.
• Promote and educate membership programs to customers to produce sales.

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience preferred but not required training is provided.
• Have good attendance and show up ready to work.
• Customer service background.
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
• Be able to work in an outdoor environment. Schedule and Pay:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends when needed
• Up to 40 hours a week
• Up to 45k+ per year Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
