At Shammy's car wash we are looking for a highly motivated sales minded individual to join our team. They must be able to work in a quick paced work environment while being able to meet sales goals, while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Sales Excellence: * Meet sales expectations by maintaining a consistent conversion and sales goal. Customer Service: * Greet every customer. * Help with and solve any issue that may arise. * Be professional and approachable at all times. Operations: * Be able to assist in day-to-day operations of the company. * Maintain Shammy's cleanliness standards. * Communicate well with team members to further sales knowledge and strategies. * Promote and educate membership programs to customers to produce sales. Qualifications: * Sales experience preferred but not required training is provided. * Have good attendance and show up ready to work. * Customer service background. * Ability to work in a fast paced work environment. * Be able to work in an outdoor environment. Schedule and Pay: * Monday to Friday * Weekends when needed * Up to 40 hours a week * Up to 45k+ per year Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.50 - $14.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * 10 hour shift * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Experience: * sales: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Fort Worth, TX 76179 (Required) Work Location: In person
