The Alexandra Rivera Insurance Agency is a full-service, multi-line insurance agency offering Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance. We provide training and guidance to EXPERIENCED future agency owners through a comprehensive 6-month program that sets you on the path to Agency Ownership! If you're ready to own your own business but need the mentorship to take you to the next level, look NO further! Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health licenses are highly recommended for consideration. However, if you don't have them yet, we offer the materials and support to help you become licensed. *Successfully completing this 6-month program will waive all required Start Up Fees set by the company. Requirements * Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. * Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. * A Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license is required to start. * A Life & Health Insurance license is required, must be obtained within 60 days. * Successful sales background. Responsibilities * Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. * Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. * Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies. * Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
