What You'll Do

As a Business Development Center (BDC) Service Agent , you'll be the first point of contact for our service customers. Your goal? Deliver an outstanding customer experience that keeps them coming back. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping people, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule service appointments
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, maintenance reminders, and satisfaction surveys
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and workflow
• Keep detailed notes and updates in CRM and scheduling systems
• Assist in service marketing campaigns and promotions when needed What We 're Looking For
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive dealership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and CRM software
