Family plans available! * Disability & Term Life Insurance * Matching 401k benefits * On-going training & development, & growth opportunities * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do: * Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment * Stay current on new products and technologies in the field * Run service calls - repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary * Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement - effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment * Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Bassett is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed What YOU will bring: * 2-5 Years HVAC sales and service experience * HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school * Valid drivers' license * Ability to handle heavy equipment Job Type: Full-time
