Overview

: We're seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Aesthetic Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in consultative sales, outbound prospecting, and aesthetic medicine. The perfect candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is eager to maximize their earning potential.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct virtual and in-person consultations to educate patients on customized aesthetic treatments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual skin and beauty goals.
• Engage in outbound prospecting (100-200 calls per day from our data base) to drive new business.
• Collaborate with our providers to ensure seamless treatment experiences.
• Clearly articulate treatment benefits, risks, and expectations to potential patients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Build long-term relationships with patients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage administrative tasks, including financing options, recording sales, and scheduling appointments.
• Address and resolve any client concerns or complaints promptly.
• Stay updated on our services and products to provide comprehensive information to patients. Skills &

Qualifications

:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills--confidence in engaging new clients.
• Proven track record in high-ticket consultative sales , preferably in aesthetics, medical sales, or luxury services.
• Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline while maintaining quality client interactions.
• Self-motivated, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Adaptability to new marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Proficiency in systems (boulevard, Gohighlevel, Microsoft office)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of sales experience in aesthetic medicine, medical sales, or a related field.
• Experience in lead development, outbound prospecting, and client research.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs, including revenue targets, call volume, and conversion rates.
