The Role As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will: * Close off-market real estate deals over the phone. * Negotiate with sellers, handle objections, and structure win-win deals. * Analyze market data to make informed, profitable decisions. * Manage leads efficiently in our CRM and follow up consistently. * Hit sales targets and drive revenue through strong deal-making skills. * Work in our office in Dublin, OH in person, full time. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in door-to-door sales, cold calling, or other high-volume sales environments. * Strong ambition and a relentless drive to succeed. * Experience in real estate sales, property acquisitions, or related fields. * Ability to think strategically, solve problems quickly, and close deals under pressure. * Proven ability to influence and persuade in a competitive setting.
