About Us: TPC Food Service, a leading Northwest Ohio-based food service distributor, is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to grow and maintain accounts in Columbus, OH, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a driven, results- oriented professional with experience in the food service industry who is passionate about building strong customer relationships. Compensation & Benefits: * Base salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year * Performance-based commissions & bonus opportunities * Comprehensive benefits package, including: * 401(k) with company match * Health, dental, and life insurance * Paid time off * Employee discounts * Mileage & cell phone reimbursement Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain customer relationships with restaurants, food service providers, and other clients. * Identify new sales opportunities and grow market share. * Provide product recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs. * Manage accounts, orders, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. * Regularly travel within the Columbus area (75% travel preferred). Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in the food service industry (Required) * Valid driver's license (Required) * Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and manage a territory efficiently Work Location: Primarily on the road, visiting clients in Columbus, OH & surrounding areas.
