Qualifying Leads: Here at AIG, we recognize the time involved with prospecting and cold calling is time consuming and is a significant problem with most sales careers. Imagine not having to go through an unqualified directory of thousands of names and phone numbers on your own, having to scrub the contacts, spending countless hours calling bad numbers, having to qualify, or reaching contacts that are simply not in the right market reducing any odds of doing business. We have eliminated the searching so you can spend more time building relationships and meeting with your clients -- we provide the qualified leads for you. Minimum requirements: * Sales experience is welcome, but not required. * High school or equivalent, some college a plus. * Customer focused. * Drive for results. * High degree of personal integrity. * Excellent communications skills. * Passion for helping people. Compensation: Aggressive compensation with annual conventions to places like the Bahamas, Hawaii, Europe, etc. Bonus packages at the end of the year that range between $2,000 and $30,000.
