As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with the initial rental process. You will greet and qualify customers, collect required data, assign vehicles based on customer needs, answer questions and assist customers with all inquiries regarding the entire rental process. Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED. * Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment. * Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers. * High level of ownership, accountability and initiative. * Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a variety of tasks. * Ability to demonstrate professionalism, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. * Basic computer knowledge.
