Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Cabinet Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet design and knowledge of the construction process as it relates to cabinetry.

Duties

• Bring enthusiasm to the Scandia team.
• Partner with strong support team to enjoy success.
• Collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life.
• Create detailed design plans and drafts using Cabinet Vision. Training available.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors on new build and remodeling projects.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback into final drafts.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinet design and sales.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at once.

Compensation

• Salary plus commission (based on experience and qualifications).
• Hybrid work, full time office available if preferred.
