About the Role As a key player in our daily operations, you'll seamlessly combine administrative excellence with sales expertise. You'll help drive our business forward by supporting our team, delighting our customers, and contributing to our growth. What You'll Do Your day will be full of variety, keeping you engaged and motivated! Responsibilities include but aren't limited to: * Communication Excellence: Managing voicemail, texts, emails, and social media inquiries. * Organizational Mastery: Checking the physical mailbox, updating membership binders, and keeping customer accounts up to date. * Sales Leadership: Adding new leads, scheduling tours, following up with prospects, and closing sales. * Customer Care: Processing payments, orders, memberships, and handling cancellations. * Daily Updates: Informing the director of staff and student absences and completing the daily debrief form. Requirements To thrive in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: * Must be 18 years old or older. * Must have a clean criminal background. * Must be drug and tobacco free. * Must have personal transportation. * Must have a laptop computer. * Must have a positive attitude and a desire to serve customers with respect and enthusiasm. * Must be coachable and willing to learn new skills. * Must attend our weekly paid team trainings.
