Hlltide Rentals is a Florida-built, Florida-focused equipment rental company serving contractors, developers, and public sector clients across the state. We are looking for entrepreneurial people who want to build with us. The Role This is an extremely entrepreneurial role. As a Territory Manager, you'll operate like a business owner inside our business. You'll own your market-- developing relationships, closing deals, and driving growth throughout the state of Florida This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives on independence, hustle, and building relationships from the ground up. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage a territory of contractors, developers, and subcontractors across Florida * Generate leads through cold calls, jobsite visits, and strategic outreach * Serve as the primary point of contact for your customer base * Collaborate with internal ops to ensure smooth delivery and execution * Monitor construction activity, permitting, and market trends to uncover opportunities * Track activity and pipeline in CRM software Who You Are * 2-5+ years of experience in construction sales, equipment rentals, or general contracting * Deep knowledge of the Florida construction industry is a plus * Proven closer with experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline * Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and jobsite networking * Entrepreneurial mindset--you're excited to build something and own your results * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills What We Offer * Competitive base salary (based on experience) + uncapped commission (substantially more than the industry average) * Full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO) * Company truck or vehicle allowance * Support from a fast-moving, founder-led team * An opportunity to be on the ground floor of a growing business Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,586.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Profit sharing * Uncapped commission Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Riverview, FL 33578 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Riverview, FL 33578: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Riverview, FL 33578
