We work with many cities and agencies all over southern California and beyond Day to day * Main point of contact for Clients. * Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Able to communicate what the client would like to manager or technicians. * Working with clients to create solutions. * Create schedules with clients for drop off and pick up of vehicles. * Creating estimates , invoicing , ordering parts, checking ship dates. * communicate with manager involving scheduling and updates. * Assist in day to day operations as needed. Requirements for position * Create a positive experience for clients. * Organized with excellent time management skills. * familiarity with CRM software is a plus. (QuickBooks) * Familiarity with vehicle estimates. * Ability to work independently and asses situations quickly making logical and appropriate decisions. * Gain knowledge of current and future products. * Team members are required to learn quickly and adapt to a challenging and fast paced work environment. This team environment demands completion of projects within specified time frames. * Clear demonstration of aptitude for position hired. * self motivated. * Common sense, a positive attitude and able to work as a team Benefits * Hourly wage $28.00 through $35.00 depending on experience. * 401K and matching * Retirement plan offered * Medical insurance
