Full description of the position

Overview: This position will be responsible for the coordination of Sales and Marketing efforts. Works closely with technical team and management to deliver clear message to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Coordinate Sales and Marketing calls and appointments * Compose business emails to prospective customers * Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest * Understand customer needs and requirements * Prepare and conduct business presentations and demos * Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure * Work closely with Marketing team to market company products and services * Produce marketing material, along with customer proposals * Oversee the search on government and industry websites for possible projects * Identify government bids for which the company is qualified * Help source the different components of the project, such as hardware and software * Produce the technical write up for the project * Work closely with technical team to ensure we can submit a complete proposal Education and Skills Requirements: * Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferred * Knowledge of Excel and Word * Holds a valid driver's license Skills and Personal Attributes * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent time management skills * Able to work well in a team environment * Results oriented, high energy, self-motivated * Possess initiative Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
