Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Agent at The Kim Musgrave Team in Paducah, KY. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling properties. Your tasks will include conducting market research, showing properties, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations * Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently * Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus * Real estate license or willingness to obtain one Typical start time: 8:00 A.M.
