Excel Auto Lounge is seeking applicants that are friendly, self-motivated and goal-oriented to join our team of award-winning Sales Representatives. Top dollar paid for professionals with expertise! Great salespeople come from many different backgrounds: Industrial or manufacturing sales, retail sales, insurance sales, restaurant servers, rental car associates, etc. Job Description: The sales associate is responsible for working with clients to develop relationships, identify vehicle preferences, and select the appropriate model while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience. Sales Associates must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect and sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis. Job Responsibilities: * Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs * Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle on test drives * Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount * Close deals! * Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract * Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you * Communicate and follow up using our state of the art customer management system.
