Job Description

: The sales associate is responsible for working with clients to develop relationships, identify vehicle preferences, and select the appropriate model while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience. Sales Associates must be self-motivated with a willingness to continuously prospect and sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate the operation of the vehicle on test drives
• Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
• Close deals!
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract
• Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you
• Communicate and follow up using our state of the art customer management system. Job

Requirements

:

• No experience is necessary - 60 Day Paid Training is Provided.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing personality and a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
