Key Responsibilities * Implement innovative sales strategies to drive new business and enhance sales experience. * Connect with customers through outbound calls, emails, and virtual visits. * Achieve new business sales targets to support organizational growth and profitability * Develop tailored product plans for clients based on their buying history and potential * Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales goals * Embrace a one-team mentality to enhance collaboration and productivity Roles & Responsibilities: * Manage client expectations and foster relationships, focusing on developing new accounts * Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Showcase passion for success and a genuine interest in our industry and target markets, inspiring others with your enthusiasm * Negotiate product placements in stores to increase market share and exceed sales goals * Use educational tools and resources to enhance the client experience and minimize returns * Process orders and handle returns efficiently. * Identify opportunities to improve internal and client processes for better efficiency * Monitor sales trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Maintain up-to-date client records * Identify and qualify potential leads Education and Experience Required Must have a high school diploma or equivalent Minimum 3-5 years of successful sales experience Proficiency in computer skills Previous experience in the beauty industry is preferred A cosmetology license, beauty industry, or retail experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54,894.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Application Question(s): * You're traveling in the same direction as a school bus.
