Are you ready to make an impact in heavy industry? _We 're looking for a skilled, driven sales professional with deep knowledge of heavy industrial manufacturing and repair to join our team as a Sales Representative specializing in the mining and aggregate industries. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will drive growth and customer success across our markets. _ Who You Are: * _You 've been in the field, the shop, or the trenches. You know what it takes to build and fix heavy equipment. _ * _You speak the language of welders, machinists, and engineers --and you're just as comfortable discussing strategy with general managers or negotiating with procurement teams. _ * Your background might include field service, engineering, or sales leadership, but your hands-on experience with heavy industrial equipment and processes sets you apart. * _You understand the challenges and opportunities in mining, aggregate, and heavy industrial sectors like no one else. _ _What You 'll Do: _ * Serve as the face of our company for mining and aggregate customers, building lasting relationships based on trust, technical expertise, and industry insight. * Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions involving manufacturing, machining, and repair services. * Leverage your hands-on knowledge of welding, machining, and mechanical systems to identify customer challenges and position our offerings as the ideal solutions. * Collaborate with customers to develop quotes, negotiate contracts, and deliver innovative, value-driven proposals. * Stay ahead of industry trends and customer news to proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities. * _Travel extensively to visit sites, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. _ Why This Role is Different: _This isn 't just another sales job.
