Our company is currently seeking a talented and highly MOTIVATED!! EXPERIENCED!!! car sales associates . The successful candidate should be willing to work evenings and weekends on occasion, but will also enjoy regular perks like attending industry conferences, weekly bonus checks, and access to our generous employee bonus program. Duties may include: Greeting customers and establishing a rapport with them Demonstrating knowledge of the vehicles they're selling Assisting customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs and budget Conducting test drives with customers and answering any questions they may have about the vehicle Negotiating prices and financing options with customers Providing customers with a positive experience throughout the car-buying process Completing paperwork and ensuring all necessary documents are signed and filed correctly Following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have. Overall, car sales associates are responsible for ensuring customers have a positive experience when purchasing a vehicle and helping them find a car that meets their needs and budget. They must also have good communication skills, be knowledgeable about the vehicles they're selling, and be able to negotiate and complete paperwork accurately.
