Then look no further! Advantage Asset Management ("AAM") is looking for a Licensed Real Estate Agent who will primarily focus on homeowner communication and single family home leasing. This position is a key part of the growth and long-term success of the company. This is not a typical Realtor position! This is a W2 salaried position with quarterly bonus potential based on performance. NOT a commission based position. Potential responsibilities include: * Listing and leasing single family homes and some small commercial properties * Keeping homeowners updated weekly on listings and leasing status * Work with senior Realtors on creating property listings on HAR * Complete Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) for rental and sales properties * Fill out and execute lease paperwork * Onboard new property owner clients and tenants * Work on marketing campaigns and business development initiatives * Complete other administrative tasks assigned by the manager, client, or broker * Confirm that all documentation has the appropriate signatures and is stored digitally Specific qualifications for the role include: * Valid and current Texas real estate license * Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing * Skilled at Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and other digital form and storage software * Excellent customer service skills * High attention to detail * Professional appearance and demeanor * A clean background check * Professional attitude and strong work ethic About AAM Established over 15 years ago, AAM is a growing property management company headquartered in The Woodlands.
