We are looking for Hotel Group Sales Manager to come into an energetic atmosphere and aid a team of winners striving for the same goal. The manager works closely with the sales and marketing team to meet revenue goals and enhance the hotel's market presence. The Hotel Group Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by securing group bookings, managing key client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans. This role focuses on selling hotel rooms, event spaces, and services to corporate groups, tour operators, sports teams, and other large parties. The right candidate for this role will come ready to bring innovative ideas and next level drive to drive our Sales Team to next level. Key Responsibilities: * Sales & Business Development: * Identify and pursue potential group sales opportunities, including corporate events, conferences, and travel groups. * Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners. * Conduct sales presentations, site tours, and meetings to showcase hotel offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close group sales deals. * Revenue & Strategy: * Develop strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies. * Work closely with the revenue management team to ensure optimal pricing and availability. * Client Relationship Management: * Serve as the primary point of contact for group bookings and ensure client satisfaction. * Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and follow-ups. * Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely manner. * Collaboration & Coordination: * Work with the hotel's operations team to ensure smooth execution of group stays and events. * Coordinate with catering, front office, and housekeeping departments to meet group requirements. * Assist with promotional activities, trade shows, and networking events. * Reporting & Administration: * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and revenue reports. * Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management review. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies and industry standards. Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). * 2+ years of experience in hotel sales, group sales, or a similar role. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques within the hospitality industry. * Proficiency in CRM systems, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and manage multiple accounts. * Willingness to travel and attend industry events as needed.
