Salary: * Base Salary: $40,000.00 * Commission: Competitive commission structure with $150 for each patient who shows for reflux evaluations. * Benefits: Comprehensive health benefits, 401K, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and more. Job Summary: The Medical Sales Representative (Physician Liaison) will be responsible for expanding and developing the patient referral network to support the growth of Elite Vein Clinic. This will involve engaging with various physicians, medical offices, hospitals, and other healthcare entities in the assigned market. Responsibilities: * Collaborate closely with the Owner & Head of Growth to contribute to the business plan and strategy of Southwest Florida Vein Specialists. * Build and expand the referral base to enhance business growth for designated clinics. * Regularly assess and analyze data regarding existing product performance, identifying potential development opportunities. * Educate new and existing physician contacts about the services provided by Elite Vein Clinic. * Uphold the reputation of Elite Vein Clinic as cutting-edge experts in the treatment of vein disease within the community. * Monitor the competitive landscape, conducting analysis on competitors' strengths and services to protect and grow market share. * Identify referral opportunities through research and outreach within the medical community. * Establish and maintain ongoing communication with referring providers and their office staff through in-person visits, emails, and phone calls. * Deliver information and branded messaging regarding Elite Vein Clinics' products and services to physicians. * Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities within hospitals, assisted living facilities (ALFs), and medical associations. * Develop strategies to enhance provider engagement, including new provider orientations, office visits, social events, referral dinners, and continuing education units (CEUs). * Leverage networking opportunities to foster relationships with local community organizations and small businesses to enhance advocacy within the territory. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Strong interpersonal and team-building skills. * 2-5 years of experience in medical sales, including at least 1-2 years in outside B2B sales. * Established relationships with physicians, Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and healthcare facilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. * Outstanding time management and organizational skills. * Ability to maintain professionalism in all work-related and/or emergent situations.
