Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the roofing sector, and possess the skills necessary to drive business development and manage client relationships effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, upselling, and outside sales activities. Duties * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the roofing and restoration sector. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. * Utilize technical knowledge to effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers. * Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients while identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our construction solutions. * Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals. * Participate in organized and non organized canvassing.
