Join our dynamic team as a Commission-Based Medical Office Space Sales Representative and play a pivotal role in expanding our clientele within the healthcare industry. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new providers for our premium medical office space solutions and digital marketing in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas!
Responsibilities
: 1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: - Learn about our company and be familiar with what we offer, so you can confidently find what fits our customers best. - Identify potential clients within the medical field through targeted research and networking. - Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and practitioners. 2. Client Engagement: - Conduct presentations and discussions with potential clients to understand their needs. - Showcase the benefits and features of our medical office space solutions. 3. Negotiation and Contract Signing: - Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure provider contracts. - Close deals by ensuring terms are mutually beneficial. 4. Collaboration: - Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. - Maintain communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships. 5. Reporting and Analysis: - Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback. - Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
: - Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate or healthcare industry. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation and closing abilities. - Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
Compensation
: - Your compensation is commission based as outlined here. You will recieve OTE of $90,000. You will receive 50% of the first month's membership fee of every member you convert. You will receive 10% of their monthly membership fee for their second through sixth month of membership. You will receive 5% of their monthly membership fee from month seven through month twelve of their membership. For our digital marketing services, MedCoShare Services you will recieve a fixed amount of $1,000 for every $3,000 contract brought in. You are classified as an independent contractor who will be paid on a bi-weekly basis. Your commission will be paid in the pay run that follows the successful start date of each member converted.
