Responsibilities: * Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant * Offering immediate and respectful response to guests' needs * Being a role model for the team * Being a friendly and encouraging team player * Minimum 1 year experience in marketing and sales * Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required * Must be people and customer centric * Have basic knowledge of Marketing and Sales processes * Brand and Visual Identity knowledge is a requirement * Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with guest and referral sources. * Participates in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan. * Organizes and provides education to the community, referral sources and facilities. * Demonstrates dependability by adhering to time frames, punctuality and attendance policies. * Responding to customer requests and concerns * Ability to market aggressively and deal tactfully with guest and the community. * Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Qualifications: * Smile * Create and maintain eye contact * Speak enthusiastically * Make emotional connections with guests * Reliable transportation * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members * Strong commitment to superior customer service * Timely and deadline driven Education: * 1 year: Knowledge of Marketing preferred * BA degree/certificate or working towards degree preferred or suitable combination of skills and experience Compensation: $21-$25/ Hour Chino Hills, CA (On-site) If you are a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about marketing and branding, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
