Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information about the facility and services offered. * Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using the POS system. * Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing assistance with reservations or other guest needs. * Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and resolve them effectively. * Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible. * Assist in supervising front desk operations, including training new staff as needed. * Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Skills * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Strong phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests over the phone. * Sales skills to promote services and upsell when appropriate. * Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing. * Supervisory experience is a plus for managing front desk staff. * Retail sales experience is beneficial for understanding customer needs. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members. * Familiarity with stock management to ensure adequate supplies at the front desk. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. * Knowledge of retail math can be advantageous in managing sales reports or inventory.
