Job Description

:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections to identify conditions conducive to termites.
• Provide termite treatment for both pre and post construction.
• The use of a variety of hand tools
• Calculating basic mathematic equations
• Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers.
• Use of handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents
• Provide customers with general information about our various services.
• Providing sales estimates and offers to potential customers in accordance with the current Pricing Matrix.
• Meet monthly sales goals.
• Completing all service agreements, inspections, and documentation in accordance with Turner standards
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Local travel required within local territory or state.

Requirements

• Enjoy working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Proven sales experience preferred.
• Enjoy communicating and engaging with customers.
• Must possess ability to learn and communicate technical, industry-related data pertaining to the services to be sold.
• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving standards.
• Ability to work independently, manage route-based work, and provide exceptional customer service. Work Location: In person
