Regional Director of Sales Branch Operations (RDSBO), USA The Regional Director of Sales Branch Operations (RDSBO) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, operations, and overall profitability of Supply branches within a designated region. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, North America, the RDSBO leads Branch Managers, Regional Territory Managers, and other staff, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Leadership & Strategy: Guide regional teams, drive customer satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and promote company values and policies.
• Sales & Operations: Lead regular sales and operations meetings, monitor performance, support budget planning, analyze sales trends, and provide strategic insights to the executive team.
• Market Insight : Report on market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product developments; contribute to procurement and marketing strategies.
• Human Resources : Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing levels, oversee recruitment and terminations (with VP approval), and cultivate a high-performance, positive work culture.

Qualifications

:

• Proven sales leadership experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or building products
• Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and team leadership skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and market analysis abilities The RDSBO ensures seamless coordination across departments and branches, aiming for operational excellence, growth, and strong customer relationships in the HVAC-R industry. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $135,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule:
