Job Type: Regular Work Location: Client Support Center - Southlake, TX 76092 Overview: 2020 Companies is now hiring a Sales Instructional Designer! The Sales Instructional Designer is responsible for design and development of all training and education for all sales division programs. Enhance the sales skills of the sales professionals through the uses of multiple resources (audio, printed material, video, web-ex, etc.). What's in it for You? * Competitive annual salary starting at $70,000 per year based on candidate experience, paid weekly * Health/Dental/Vision Insurance * 401K Program * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Professional and fun environment * Paid Sick Leave available in accordance with state/local ordinances * Employee Assistance Program * Leadership Development Program STPHNP Job Description: * Effectively develop course content and materials as well as facilitators' and participants' guides for sales programs as applicable * Professionally create PowerPoint Presentations to be used in sales division training programs * Effectively develop and document appropriate delivery method to be used by trainers * Responsible to create the High Level Course Design document Performance Measurements: * Develop business purpose, target population, course objectives, course maps, task analysis plan, assessment plan for client programs as appropriate * Design lesson objectives, instructional strategy, delivery media and assessment for client programs as appropriate * Provide weekly status reports to include planned and unplanned tasks started and completed * Promptly notify management when risks are identified and make necessary adjustments to complete tasks on target Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related subject required; Master's Degree preferred * 5+ years in instructional design with a concentration in sales development and strategies * Experience applying principles of behavioral sciences and adult learning * Experience systematically searching for related information * Strong critical thinking abilities (abstract and concrete) with a tolerance for ambiguity * Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
