If you're looking for a role where your attention to detail, proactive mindset, and client-first attitude are valued -- this is it. * Who We Are Realty Kings Properties is a high-performance real estate brokerage known for delivering world-class service to clients and building a culture of excellence, reliability, and accountability. * Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): * Manage listings: schedule photography, install signs/lockboxes, prep showings * Conduct home evaluations, buyer orientations, and listing presentations * Respond to and follow up with clients -- by phone, text, and email * Run errands and attend inspections, walkthroughs, or construction meetings * Coordinate offers, contracts, and listing agreements with accuracy * Input and manage leads in CRM and MLS (MATRIX) * Track performance, follow conversion goals, and help organize team systems * Host open houses and plan company events * Support the Broker and team with various admin, marketing, and field tasks Who We ARE Looking For: A licensed real estate professional (or pursuing licensing) Someone who sees a need and solves it without being asked A flexible team player available evenings & weekends Strong communication skills and client service instincts Driven, reliable, and hungry to grow in the real estate industry A self-starter who thrives on getting things DONE -- the right way Ownership mindset - you don't make excuses, you make results Solid understanding of real estate operations - transaction flow, timelines, paperwork * Compensation & Benefits * $35K-$40K + Bonuses (based on experience) * Health Care * 401K Plan * Paid Time Off This is NOT a learning position.
