Overview

: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a part- time Optical Sales Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be helping customers find the perfect eyewear and providing exceptional customer service. No prior experience in optical sales is required, but a strong drive toward meeting sales goals, a positive attitude, a fearless and confident motivation toward achieving and a willingness to learn is essential to succeed.

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Help customers select eyewear that meets their style, fit, and vision needs.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Assist with inventory management and ensuring the store is well-organized.
• Provide support to the optometrist during eye exams when needed.
• Process sales transactions, order, claims and handle customer inquiries.
• Schedule and verify insurance benefits.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn about optical products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude. Schedule: Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. 8:00 am-5:30 pm. Scheduled at 2 different office locations one in Arlington area and another in St John's area. We Offer:
