Local Sales & Business Development Representative

Job Summary

: AIM Marketing is looking for a driven and outgoing Local Sales & Business Development Representative to help expand our client base by physically visiting local service-based businesses, introducing our services, and scheduling sales meetings for our internal team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in face-to-face interactions, enjoys networking, and is motivated by commissions. We offer a competitive commission structure , where you earn for every meeting booked and additional commissions for jobs closed from your leads.

Responsibilities

:

• Drive around to visit service-based businesses in person, introduce AIM Marketing, and establish relationships.
• Drop off marketing materials and have meaningful conversations to generate interest in our services.
• Schedule qualified sales meetings for our internal team.
• Follow up with prospects via phone calls, texts, and emails to confirm and maintain engagement.
• Track outreach efforts and maintain a database of potential clients.
• Collaborate with our sales team to provide high-quality leads that convert.
• Stay informed about local business trends and industry needs to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications

:

• Experience in sales, field marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferred but not required).
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage business owners and build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated and disciplined , able to work independently.
• Comfortable driving locally to visit multiple businesses per day.
• Reliable transportation is required.
