Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building relationships with potential customers and promoting our products and services. Duties: - Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers and visit customers as needed. - Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships - Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies - Utilize CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Assist with account management activities, including order processing and resolving customer issues Skills: - +2 years experience in sales and previous experience in Long term care pharmacy is a must. - Strong customer service skills - Excellent sales and negotiation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities - Familiarity with CRM or similar tools - Bilingual is a plus - Strong communication and interpersonal skills If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
