Responsibilities - Engage with customers through outbound sales efforts to generate interest in our products and services. - Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for growth. - Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing leads through the sales process. - Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success. - Utilize software tools to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Experience - Previous experience in outbound sales or retail sales is preferred. - Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus but not mandatory. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. - Experience using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities is advantageous. - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enabling effective communication with a broader range of customers.
