Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by effectively communicating with potential clients, analyzing market trends, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs. Duties * Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Negotiate sales deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients. * ensure customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Provide feedback on product performance and customer insights to help improve offerings. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments. * Strong ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the sales team. * Familiarity with account management practices and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
