Job description As a Home Solution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing real estate investment opportunities and providing solutions for our clients based on their unique situation. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with property owners. You will be responsible for conducting property assessments, negotiating deals, and facilitating the acquisition process. Key Responsibilities Must be able to go to appointments in areas within 10-25 miles 80% of the role is remote and can build your own schedule!! * Place a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided call list or database * Engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, delivering a compelling sales pitch and addressing any objections * Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities * Build and maintain a network of property owners, brokers, and industry contacts. * Develop a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers * Conduct property assessments, including market analysis and due diligence * Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for qualified leads to speak with our sales representatives or experts. * Maintain regular follow-up communication with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. * Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts * Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company. Training pay offered first 90 days and commission after 90 days. * Collaborate with our investment team to develop acquisition strategies * Stay current on market trends and emerging opportunities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the acquisition process * Must be located near Overland Park KS 66211 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kansas City, MO 64106
