Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our Service Department team. This role is crucial in assisting our service customers with answers to their questions and enhancing customer engagement within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for service support, and the ability to effectively manage customers. Responsibilities * Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to generate interest in our products and services. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Support the service team by ensuring follow-ups are conducted efficiently. * Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with clients, establishing rapport and trust. Requirements * Proven experience in a support role or similar position, preferably within the automotive industry. * Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
