Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored RV sales solutions.
• Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present product features and benefits.
• Manage the sales pipeline by following up on leads and conducting outbound sales calls.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales and customer service, preferably in an automotive dealership setting
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Proficiency in outbound sales techniques and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with sales support and CRM software
• Ability to manage inventory and perform retail math
• Experience in negotiation and upselling strategies
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus Job Types: Full-time, Commission Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
