McDowall Company is looking for a B2B sales representative for our heating and cooling service division. The position will require cold calling and prospecting executive level decision makers offering preventative maintenance services. The position requires high sales activity and will be primarily focused out of McDowall Company's New Hope office. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have outstanding communication skills, and be customer focused. McDowall Company offers outstanding compensation and benefits. Essential Duties: * Demonstrate superior skills in prospecting, qualifying, presenting, closing, and follow up with all customers, internal and external. * Build financial and life cycle analyses to quantify value from the customer's perspective. Demonstrate to customers the financial benefits of our maintenance programs and the value of working with our team. * Develop proposal generation and presentation. * Deliver impactful and professional executive level presentations. * Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with the purpose of gaining the client's trust and delivering value added services. * Execute smooth transition process of closed sales (including customer expectations) to our operations team. * Participate in industry organizations to build branding and customer relationships. Requirements: * Associate degree in sales or related field preferred. * Minimum two years of related sales experience preferred; * Drivers License required.
