Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. * Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics through effective selling techniques. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive sales strategy and share best practices. * Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's database. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. * Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. * Familiarity with Automotive after market is a plus.
