Location: Phoenix, AZ / (Valley Wide) Company: Aqua Shine Pools Aqua Shine Pools is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Estimator/Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a strong background in the pool industry who excels in both technical understanding and customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to and follow up on new customer inquiries and leads for: * New pool construction * Pool remodels and renovations * New service accounts * Pool equipment repairs * Schedule and attend customer meetings and site visits * Provide detailed, accurate estimates for services based on our pricing structure * Offer upgrades and upsell options tailored to the customer's needs and budget * Maintain regular communication with prospective and current customers * Collaborate with the production team to ensure clear project handoffs * Track and manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions * Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from inquiry through project completion Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in the pool industry (sales, estimating, or project management preferred) * Strong knowledge of pool systems, construction, and repair services * Proven ability to generate and convert leads into sales * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport * Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate estimates * Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software * Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Pool Studio, Pool Brain, or other pool industry-specific platforms * Familiarity with Arizona pool building regulations and permitting * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits: * Competitive base salary plus commission * Salary is negotiable and based on experience * Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement * Benefits package available after probationary period Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,717.15 - $132,181.74 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Performance bonus * Yearly bonus Schedule: * 8 hour shift Ability to Commute: * Phoenix, AZ 85020 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Phoenix, AZ 85020: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
