Location: Phoenix, AZ / (Valley Wide) Company: Aqua Shine Pools Aqua Shine Pools is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Estimator/Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual with a strong background in the pool industry who excels in both technical understanding and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Respond to and follow up on new customer inquiries and leads for:
• New pool construction
• Pool remodels and renovations
• New service accounts
• Pool equipment repairs
• Schedule and attend customer meetings and site visits
• Provide detailed, accurate estimates for services based on our pricing structure
• Offer upgrades and upsell options tailored to the customer's needs and budget
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and current customers
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure clear project handoffs
• Track and manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction from inquiry through project completion

Requirements

:

• 3+ years of experience in the pool industry (sales, estimating, or project management preferred)
• Strong knowledge of pool systems, construction, and repair services
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads into sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate estimates
• Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Experience with Pool Studio, Pool Brain, or other pool industry-specific platforms
• Familiarity with Arizona pool building regulations and permitting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
