Job Summary

The Home Health Care Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of home health care services. This position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while managing staff, compliance with regulations, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for improving the lives of patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of home health care services to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Manage and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and patient care.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand service offerings and market presence.
• Foster relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
• Conduct regular assessments of service quality and implement improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to promote services effectively in the community.
• Utilize Salesforce for account management, tracking leads, and reporting on sales activities.
• Engage in warm calling efforts to generate new business opportunities within the community. Skills
• Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing healthcare teams.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
• Sales experience is required, particularly within the home health, LTC sector
• Proficiency in account management practices to maintain client relationships.
• Business development acumen to identify growth opportunities within the market.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
